What we Offer

We offer large one-bedroom and two-bedroom self-contained apartments with uninterrupted views. We have one ground floor apartment with pool access and will always check what guests prefer.

What Self Contained Means

Our apartments all have a large, full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, internal laundry facilities (washing machine & dryer), flat screen TV’s, Free high speed Wi-Fi and free streaming services (Netflix).

This is like having a fully furnished short term apartment rental rather than a motel room which in comparison are much smaller and do not have these additional facilities.

Room Cleaning

A service clean is done after 8 days of your stay. This includes cleaning of the bathrooms /toilets / floors and linen change. It does not include restocking of supplies or rubbish removal. Belongings need to be stowed so that our cleaners can do their job.

Check In

Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check in and a $200 deposit. We live on site and our number is posted on the front door for after hours. After hours checking is not an issue but need to be arranged prior to arriving.

Palmerston Tower is around 40 minutes’ drive from the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta and just over an hour’s drive from Brisbane Airport via M1.
