Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in time is 2:00PM

Check out time is 10:00AM

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check in.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, please arrange with reception prior to arrival and you will be able to collect keys via a night safe

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit paid by credit card will be charged against the card at the time of booking.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Simply drop by the resort tour desk to book tickets to all the best local theme parks, shows and attractions.

We are located just steps to the bus stop, and a short 10 minute walk to the light rail

We are walking distance to Australia Fair Shopping Centre and liqour stores
